Our story

Locally owned, hands-on managed.

We bought Magnolia Bend because we believe affordable housing should still feel cared for. Since taking over, we've repaved the main road, added lighting, and set up online rent and repair requests so residents never have to chase us down.

Whether you're bringing your own home, renting one of ours, or parking your RV long-term, you'll get clear pricing, quick answers, and a quiet, respectful neighborhood.
